Pahadiroutes (OPC) Private Limited is registered in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India, and organises curated trekking and expedition experiences across the Himalayan region.
Bookings & Pricing
All trek and expedition prices displayed on our website are starting prices per person and are subject to availability, group size, season, and final confirmation at the time of booking. A booking is confirmed only once the required advance payment has been received — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
Trek Risks & Participant Responsibility
Trekking and mountaineering activities carry inherent risks, including but not limited to altitude sickness, adverse weather, and difficult terrain. By booking with us, you confirm that you are physically fit to undertake the chosen trek and agree to disclose any relevant medical conditions to our team in advance. Participants are expected to follow the instructions of their trek leader at all times for their own safety.
Permits & Documentation
Certain treks and regions (for example, Inner Line Permit areas) require valid government identification and permits. It is the participant’s responsibility to provide accurate documents in a timely manner; we will assist with the permit process where applicable.

Limitation of Liability

Governing Law
