Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, and payments work for treks and expeditions booked with Pahadiroutes (OPC) Private Limited.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the trek start date will receive a 90% refund. Cancellations made between 15–30 days before departure will receive a 50% refund. No refunds are provided for cancellations made within 15 days of departure.
Confirmation Policy
Your booking is confirmed only after receipt of the initial booking amount. A confirmation voucher will be sent to your registered email within 24 hours of payment verification.
Payment Terms
A 25% advance payment is required to secure your slot. The remaining balance must be cleared at least 15 days prior to the trek departure date. We accept all major credit cards, UPI, and bank transfers.
Reschedule Policy
Rescheduling requests are accepted up to 20 days before the trek start date, subject to availability and a nominal processing fee. Requests to reschedule within 20 days of departure will be treated as a cancellation under the policy above.
