Layered clothing (thermals, fleece, waterproof shell), sturdy trekking shoes, a 40–60L backpack, a headlamp, a reusable water bottle, sunscreen, and any personal medication. We share a detailed packing list once you book.
Yes — pickup and drop from the nearest railway station or bus stand to the base camp is included or available as an add-on on most of our treks. Exact details are confirmed at the time of booking.
Not for our easy and moderate-graded treks — they're beginner-friendly with basic fitness. Difficult/high-altitude treks do recommend prior trekking experience and a good fitness level, which our team will guide you on.
Accommodation (camping/homestay), all meals during the trek, a certified trek leader and guide team, permits/forest fees, and basic safety equipment. Transport to the base camp and personal expenses are usually excluded — full inclusions are listed on each trek page.
